Meeting resolves to prevent anti-social activities

Thoubal, January 23 2024: A public meeting organised by Tulihal Apunba Lup (TAL) at Yairipok Tulihal Idigah community hall on Tuesday adopted a number of resolutions including effective check on anti-social activities in the area.

The meeting attended by representatives of SYDO, TIYDO, TMWA, KYDO, DAMDOT and YCCT, which are the constituent clubs of Tulihal Educated Association (TEA) and All Tulihal United Clubs' Organisation (ATUCO), also appealed to the authority concerned to take up necessary measures to restore peace and harmony in Manipur and ensure that the people are shielded from all kinds of atrocities.

It also prayed for souls of the martyrs to rest in peace.

Along with making TAL a full-fledged organisation, the meeting also unanimously resolved that all people living under the jurisdiction of 103-Tulihal should abstain from all activities related with drugs and other anti-social activities.

It further resolved that unwanted incidents arising due to non-adherence to the resolution will be one's sole responsibility.

During the meet, Mohd Rafi, Md Nayajuddin, Khulakpam Ahamad, and advocate Singamayum Zakir Hussain were respectively appointed as TAL co-convenor, treasurer and spokesperson.
