'Way Forward' campaign continues

Imphal, December 03 2023: As part of the 'Way Forward' campaign launched by All Manipur United Clubs' Organisation (AMUCO), Singjamei to Lilong United Clubs' Organisation (SLUCO) in collaboration with Haoreibi Apunba Lup and Haoreibi Apunba Meira Paibi Lup today organised a programme at Haoreibi Mayai Leikai Community Hall.

The programme was conducted under the aegis of Imphal West District United Clubs' Organisation (IWDUCO), said a release issued by AMUCO.

It was attended by Haoreibi Apunba Lup convenor Sh Ruhikumar, Haoreibi Apunba Meira Paibi Lup acting convenor N Shyamma and SLUC president K Momocha as presidium members.

AMUC vice president T Gandhi, AMUCO secretary publicity Laishram Krishnachandra, AMUCO secretary organisation K Santosh and Manipur Student Federation (MSF) president Hijam Roshan also took part in the programme as resource persons.

Several leaders who spoke at the campaign said the organisation has been facing and will continue to face threats to Manipur integrity, her history, customs and rich traditions.

They also spoke about the memorandum submitted to the Prime Minister by AMUCO to carry out a comprehensive peace process in Manipur and end the conflict.
