MPSC thrashes TPC in Hazari State Polo tourney

MPSC–B thrashed Thangmeiband Polo Club (TPC) 12-2 in today's first match of the 27th N Hazari State Polo Tournament-2012 organised by the Manipur Horse Riding and Polo Association at the Mapal Kangjeibung, Imphal.
T Pradeepkumar of MPSC scored two goals in the 5.05 and 5.23 minutes in the 1st chakkar.
In the 2nd chakkar, S Viking and Pradeepkumar scored one goal each in the 0.49 and 5.03 minutes while their teammate H Abung Khuman scored three goals in the 2.56, 5.33 and 6.37 minutes.
Abung Khuman again scored three goals in the 0.26, 2.27 and 5.48 minutes in the 3rd chakkar.
S Viking also scored one in the 6.32 minute.
MPSC failed to score any goal in the 4th chakkar.
On the other hand, TPC scored their two goals in the 1.03 and 2.43 minutes of the 4th chakkar while they failed to draw any goal in the first three chakkars.
The second match was also won by MPSC–C after defeating Nambul Mapal Polo Club (NMPC) 5-1.M Bilan scored the first goal of MPSC in the 7.0 minute of the 1st chakkar.
In the 2nd chakkar, M Vivekananda of MPSC scored two goals in the 1.18 and 5.33 minutes while his teammate M Bilan scored one in the 1.39 minute.
The third chakkar went goalless as no players of the two team able to draw any goal.
The fifth goal of MPSC was scored in the 4.32 minute of the 4th chakkar by Vivekananda.
On the other hand, the lone goal of NMPC was scored by L Tarun in the 6.04 minute of the 2nd chakkar.
Later in the third match, Singjamei Polo Club (SPC) beat Chingkheihunba Polo Club (ChPC) 4-3.The 1st chakkar went goalless with players of both teams unable to score any goal.
In the 2nd chakkar Th Ronokumar of ChPC scored two goals in the 1.59 and 6.41 minutes while his teammate H Sanjit scored one in the 2.24 minute.
On the other hand, P Ojit and M Doren of SPC scored one goal each in the 2.44 and 5.50 minutes of the chakkar.
S Girimohan of SPC scored one goal in the 3.59 minute of the 3rd chakkar while his teammate P Ojit again scored one goal in the 6.51 minute of the 4th chakkar.
Meanwhile, no players of ChPC could add any more goal into their account and lost the match to SPC by a margin of one goal.
