Imphal, August 02 2013 :
Altogether 226 trucks including oil tankers, LPG bullets and empty trucks left Imphal this morning with security escorts via Pudunamei-Kedima bypass to ship in fuel, LPG and other essential commodities.
However, the convoy was delayed near Kezoma, about 11 Kms from Nagaland-Manipur border on the side of Manipur because of landslide.
Mounds of earth brought down by the landslide which were blocking the road were removed at the initiative of Mao AC MLA Dikho and PWD officials.
After the landslide was cleared, the convoyed went without any further problem.
