KCKL lauds KSA's demand

Imphal, August 21 2017:
Kanglei Chanu Kanba Lup (KCKL) has lauded the demands raised by the Kangleipak Students' Association (KSA) regarding reservation of eight Assembly Constitutions for the indigenous people and formation of a law or policy to protect the indigenous people of the State .
A press release issued by the information and publicity secretary of KCKL, stated that the organisation supports the demand raised by KSA and urged the authority concerned to take up necessary measures to protect the indigenous people .
It also urged the State Government to release the arrested students without any conditions adding that such behaviour of the authority will only lead to unrest.
