LPG delivery Only 12 refills since 2012 !

Even as there are many consumers who have received more than 12 subsidised domestic LPG refills since April this year, there is a consumer who has received just 12 subsidised LPG refills from September 2012 to August this year.
There are consumers who have received 23, 22, 20, 14, 13, 12 and 9 subsidised LPG refills since April this year.
The consumer who has received just 12 subsidised LPG refills in about three years is H Narendra Singh.
He is a consumer of MM Gas Service, RIMS Road.
The consumer got one subsidised domestic LPG refilled cylinder on Sept 4, 2012.He got another refill on Dec 10 the same year.
Another LPG refill was issued to him on March 6, 2013 and another on May 15, 2013 .
He received another refill on Aug 23, 2013 and another on Nov 9, 2013.In 2014, the consumer received four subsidised LPG refills.
He got LPG refills on Feb 9, May 27, Aug 23 and Dec 17 .
He has got only two subsidised LPG refills this year.
He got one each on April 9 and August 20 .
The consumer is waiting another delivery after booking on Sept 3 this year.
Meanwhile, a consumer of Khongnang Gas, Ningthoukhong told The Sangai Express that it has been over a year that the distributor opened its branch at Kwakta.
Still, some of the consumers of Kwakta branch collect their LPG refills from Ningthoukhong.
This has rendered the Kwakta branch of the distributor insignificant.
Consumer No CX 20039277 of Khongnang Gas, Md Gayauddin of Kwakta said he had collected LPG refills from Ningthoukhong for about two and half years.
There were occasions where he returned empty handed.
Since the opening of the Kwakta branch of the distributor, Gayauddin requested the distributor to transfer him to Kwakta branch.
However, his request for transfer has not yielded any positive response yet.
Sometimes, staff of the distributor told him to wait for one year while some told him to wait for six months, he said, while adding that the responses have perplexed him.
Asking why the staff of the distributor concerned have not solved his problem promptly, the consumer wondered to whom he should approach for the transfer.
