MSF imposter handed to police

An MSF imposter was caught and handed over to the police today after a group of people claiming to be MSF volunteers began creating a ruckus at one of the examination centres of the ongoing Higher Secondary Examinations 2017, organised by Council of Higher Secondary Education Manipur (COHSEM) .
Speaking to media persons at MSF office at Kei-shamthong, the president of the student body, Khun-drakpam Max said that seven individuals came and began creating a ruckus at HRD Academy, Ghari, during the examination hours.
He pointed out that one of the individuals, identified as Farish Khan s/o Siraj Ahmed from Thoubal Marjing was caught and handed over to the police while the other six miscreants escaped.
The group had claimed to be volunteers of MSF Thoubal district, Max added.
Clarifying that MSF had no connection with the miscreants, he said, "MSF always collaborate with JSCC during inspection of the various examination centres.
No individual or organisation can go for inspection without the authority card issued by BOSEM and COHSEM to some select volunteers of JSCC" .
Max further appealed to the people to stay vigilant against such imposters.
He also demanded the six other individuals to appear at the MSF office at the earliest adding that if such kinds of incident crop up in the future, the organisation would not remain silent.
