PTI State BJP hails : BJP Manipur Pradesh has expressed immense satisfaction at the landslide victory scored by the party over ruling Congress party in neighbouring Assam.
Speaking to media persons today, BJP Manipur Pradesh legislature wing leader Kh Joykishan commended the contributions of BJP workers and supporters in toppling the Congress Government.
BJP's victory would be a big influence in the Manipur Legislative Assembly election which is due in the early part of 2017.On account of their prolonged graft practices and corrupted activities, Congress party's support bases have collapsed one after another in most of the States.
In the meantime, BJP's strength has been growing by leaps and bounds, he added.
Elucidating BJP's victory at the cost of Congress, Joykishan said that BJP does not indulge in communal politics and the party is committed to peace and development.
On the other hand, Congress party was accustomed to swindling development funds and buying of votes at the time of elections.
Congress party is now on the verge of a complete downfall because of their infatuation with communal and negative politics over a prolonged period, Joykishan asserted.
He also exuded confidence that BJP would secure landmark victory in the ensuing IMC election.
Joykishan then appealed to all the people of Manipur to fathom the huge amounts of public money swindled by Congress party and hand over power to BJP.
BJP would campaign for the IMC election by exposing the huge amounts of public money swindled by MDS of which Chief Minister O Ibobi is in charge.
He further appealed to the voters of the seven Assembly segments covered by the IMC to wake up and crush Congress party as done by the people of Assam.
