Imphal, July 02 2020:
The Communist Party of India (CPI) has condemned the Government's decision to privatize Indian Railways.
Expressing concern over the Government's decision, the CPI in its statement said that train is the common man's transport and the privatisation of railways will result in increase of railways ticket fare.
CPI has condemned the decision of the Government, calling it anti-people and has urged the Government to withdraw its decision.
Further, CPI called upon all the railway employees, their trade unions and all the people to reject and fight against the decision taken by the Government.
