Hitendra can no longer be President: Rousow

Imphal, July 10 2013:
General Secretary of KCP (MC) Lallumba Group W Ramanand alias Rousow has made it clear that Kshetrimayum Hitendra alias Bikram alias Lallumba of Thinungei Maning Leikai cannot be the President of the outfit furthermore.
He was addressing media persons somewhere in Imphal area today in presence of politburo members of the outfit.
Rousow further reiterated that former President Hitendra fled from the camp with a huge sum of money and he could not be communicated since June 9 .
He refuted the statement of Home Minister Gaikhangam who said that Hitendra was in hospital following an accident and he had not withdrawn any money from the bank fraudulently.
The General Secretary maintained that either Lallumba or Chairman of Joint Monitoring Group ADGP (LO) LM Khoute might have misinformed the Home Minister.
Former President Lallumba had purchased two Bolero jeeps, two Gypsies, one Winger vehicle and one tractor after withdrawing huge sum of money from the bank fraudulently, Rousow alleged.
He further condemned Home Minister Gaikhangam and ADGP Khoute for covering up the misconduct of former President.
Lallumba is absconding from the 7th MR Camp and he cannot be found in any hospital, the General Secretary added.
It may be mentioned that Home Minister Gaikhangam had earlier clarified that the President of KCP (MC) Lallumba Group Hitendra was in a hospital following an accident and no money was withdrawn fraudulently by him as charged by other members of the outfit.
