"Covid-19 negative certificate must to enter Moreh"

Imphal, June 01 2021:
A meeting of community leaders and Autonomous District Council, Moreh was organised by Tamil Sangam, Moreh at the conference hall of the Sangam on Tuesday, while maintaining strict social distancing norms.
During the meeting, which was attended by ADC Chandel ex-chairmen Lukhosei Zou, three resolutions were adopted.
The resolutions in clude possession of Covid-19 negative certificate by people coming from Imphal to Moreh; restrict the entry of Myanmar denizens coming to sell their wares till Sunrise Youth Club playground and Haolenphai Border, while allowing only Moreh residents to sell the green produces at Moreh town, and lastly, formation of a Moreh Covid-19 Task force with members consisting of 2/3 representatives from every Moreh CSO to check whether people coming from Moreh including passenger service providers are in possession of Covid-19 certificates or not.
The meeting also resolved that the Moreh Covid-19 Task force will aid the Moreh police in enforcing curfew in Moreh town.
Moreh-based Tamil Sangam president V Shekhar; Hill Tribal Council president Jangmang Haokip; ADC Chandel member Chineiwa Haokip; Meetei Council president M Thoiba Singh; All Community Development Organisation president Th Budha Meitei; Gorkha Samaj Samiti vice president Kishan Thapa; Meetei Council advisor N Pulindro Singh; Manipur Muslim Council vice president Md Abdul Hamit and other community leaders and members of Autonomous District Council, Moreh also attended the meeting.
