Bishnupur, April 18 2019:
The poll for 1-Inner Manipur Parliamentary seat in Bishnupur district peacefully concluded today with a total turnout of 74.01 percent till the time of filing this report.
Many of the polling stations had long queues in the morning, but were thin during lunch time.
Till 3 pm, many of the polling stations still had long queues of voters who came to exercise their right to vote.
The differently abled persons also cast their votes with the help of volunteers and BLOs positioned in the polling stations.
Accessibility Observer JC Ramthanga also visited many of the polling stations and interacted with the electorates present.
