Due erratic network and poor internet services in Kamjong district have immensely affected daily essential activities in different sectors such as banking and financial transactions, dissemination of information and exchange of communication among the people.
When contacted, the staff of Airtel office gave unsatisfactory replied, and frequently directed to consult with the person-in-charge in Kamjong.
However, the effort yielded no positive response as the blame game continues to pass on.
Worngahan further mentioned, a telecommunication electronic component for installing Vodafone service was fixed in the same Airtel tower in 2019, but the same is yet to be activated.
