M Hemanta elected President, MSCP

The 6th Foundation Day and general convention of Manipur State Congress Party was held today at GM Hall, Imphal.
The General convention took three resolutions unanimously.
M Hemanta MSCP interim president and former minister has been elected as the Active President of MSCP by the State Committee, MSCP unanimously.
The MSCP have never merged to any political party and the party should not merge with any political party.
All the policy programmes and political ideologies of MSCP already had been resolved should be observed without any change and continue the same.
Dr Y Jiten former minister and M Hemanta MSCP interium president graced the occasion as chief guest and president respectively.
Kh Debabrata spokes person MSCP, V Minthang executive member, M Manihar former minister, Ch Manihar attended the function.
Kh Debabrata addressing the occasion said that MSCP have never merged with BJP although MP Chaoba joined to the BJP, he could not associate with any assets.
We should fight about the land issue to the Taw court even to the election commission of India.
All the assets and properties of MSCP now remain unaltered.
No one could claim it as their own.
M Hemanta said that Th Chaoba, Member of Parliament, has betrayed the MSCP.
He betrayed not only the party but also the people of Manipur.
Though he joined to BJP, he could not merge MSCP with any political party.
It Th Chaoba does not stop such a nature, the MSCP should take up legal action on him.
In the last general election of Manipur Assembly, the MSCP had 7 MLAs.
But now the party has only 2 MLAs.
5 MLAs has joined to congress.
This is the weakness point of the Chaoba.
Before, he joined to BJP he tried to join congress, but he could not succeed.
MSCP was borne to save the integrity of Manipur.
