St Joseph's continues to reign at the top with 11 in top 25
COHSEM, BOSEM announce Class XII and Class X exams results

Imphal, May 11 2012:
St Joseph's School, Sangaiprou continues to reign at the top of the merit list of the HSLC Exam conducted by the Board of Secondary Education Manipur (BSEM) for the past few years.
This year too, Chandam Achouba s/o Ch Tomba and Ch Sumati of Utlou Lairam Leikai, a student of St Joseph's School has bagged the first position.
Chingkhei Wangjam of Don Bosco High School, Langjing and Maibam Valentina of Little Flower School, Imphal the secured second and third positions respectively.
This time too, Keishamthong High School saved the face of Government schools as its student Chirom Meiraba Meitei grabbed the 9th position.
Altogether, 11 students of St Joseph's School secured positions in the top 25 .
Little Flower School too managed a fine performance by securing as much as nine positions.

The overall pass percentage this year is 70, one point lower than last year's record.
Pass percentage for male candidates is 76 while 68 per cent of the female candidates successfully cleared the exam.
Altogether 30050 students appeared in HSLC Exam 2012 .
