Patkai Christian Academy celebrates 18th Annual Social Event

Patkai Christian Academy (PCA), Changraphung Shangshak, Ukhrul celebrated its 18th Annual Social Event yesterday.
The programme was graced by Ram Muivah, IAS, Secy, NEC, Shillong as chief guest.
Rev Dr Tuisem A Shisahk founder Principal of PCA and his wife Margaret A Shishak, Col Rishi Dubey, Commandant 17 AR, Shangshak were among 250 dignitaries, parents and guardians of children who attended the event.
Principal Aton Lunghar gave welcome address.
He extended warm welcome to the galaxy of dignitaries, parents and all the well wishers.
Ram Muivah in his speech encouraged the Patkaians to be hard working and thrive for success.
He encouraged the students not to become employees, but employers.
He encouraged students to develop entrepreneurial skills.
Dr Tuisem A Shishak in his short speech said that the purpose of becoming an officer should be to serve and not to be served.
He reminded how Christ came to serve on earth and emphasised that one should not work for money.
He further said that he returned from the US to serve the people.
He invited everyone to be truthful and God fearing.
Col Rishi Dubey encouraged the students to join hands with other responsible citizens and bridge the chasm between the mainland and the North-East.
