Motivation campaign held

MSME Development Institute, Government of India in association with Manipur Industries Development Council (MIDC), Imphal and Council for Advancement of Rural Development, Thoubal, organised a one day motivation campaign on MSME Scheme at the conference hall of CARD at Thoubal Kshetrileikai today .
MIDC advisor and retired GM, DIC, Government of Manipur, Y Raghumani Singh, MIDC chairman P Loken Singh and CARD advisor and retired DYC, NYK, W Ibohal Singh attended the event as the chief guest, guest of honour and president respectively while Assistant Director of Administration, MSME, Imphal, SK Dutta and TN Singh were present as the resource persons .
Y Raghumani Singh spoke on the role of DIC in Micro small and medium enterprises, how to register Udyog Aadhaar, process of registration, documents required for registration etc .
He pointed out that Aadhaar registration is a must for the entrepreneur so as to undertake programme as well as avail various schemes from MSME .
P Loken Singh elaborated on how to start up a successful entrepreneurship business .
W Ibohal Singh , speaking at the event, stated that skill upgrading programme is one of the various skill training programme taken up by NYKS and further explained about the importance of skill development of youth for economic development of the country .
“Today, the people of Kshetrileikai and Wangmataba village got the opportunity to improve their skills by attending this training programme and they should make use of the programme in a positive ways”, he added .
SK Dutta highlighted on MSME raw material, skill ability, market or selling, schemes of MSME etc .
TN Singh spoke on important key points of how to apply for project proposal from MSME and the required steps for the MSME Schemes .
An interaction programme between the resource persons and participants was also held as a part of the event.
