Subsidiary Training Centre of India's elite border police BSF presently trained atleast 600 recruits of the Maoist infested Jharkhand State Armed Police here since the last six months.

Speaking to the media after the passing out parade, Sinha said another couple of years may still be needed to completely shift the training centre to Assam, as was decided.
Upon inquiring the status of a 'cemetery' that attract a great deal of attention after STC BSF and Pearsonmun villagers openly brawl for grabbing the land, Sinha said, the matter now lies with the court.
He nevertheless assured that even if the court decides in its favour, BSF will still allow dead bodies to be buried in the cemetery.
