JNIMS employees announce series of agitations

Employees of the Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Medical Sciences (JNIMS), Porompat has announced series of agitations to be launched commencing from May 5 demanding protection of their service after the then JN hospital was converted into JNIMS.
A general body meeting of the Non-gazetted Employees' Welfare Association held today resolved to launch the series of agitations alleging that authority of JNIMS fails to translate into action their demand for the last three months.
As per the resolution of the meeting, employees will start with black badge protest from May 5.The protest will be lasted for five days and if no response comes up from the authority during the five days then they will launch non-cooperation movement from May 10 to 12.From May 13 to 16, they are planning to stage sit-in protest.
Despite the protest, authority remains silent then they will launch cease work strike with effect from May 17, the meeting resolved.
