KIM condoles demise of Ruolkhumlien Buhril

The Kuki Inpi Manipur (KIM) and all its federates/frontal organisations condoled the tragic demise of Ruolkhumlien Buhril, IAS Retired at New Delhi on April 16 .
Ruolkhumlien Buhril was the former Union Secretary of Land Resources under the Ministry of Rural Development and retired from service on July 31, 2020.He is survived by wife Rebecca Vininmawi Buhril, son Daniel Hrilthiemsang Buhril and two daughters.
Expressing their profound grief and sorrow, KIM said it was a sad day for the entire Kuki Chin Mizo communities, as we have lost one of our most illustrious son owing to the dreaded COVID-19."Ruolkhumlien Buhril was indeed an inspiration and role model for all of us", KIM added.
A product of St Stephens College, Delhi, Buhril was also a prolific footballer who was a prominent member of the St Stephen's College football team in the late 1970s .
He joined the Indian Administrative Service in 1984, and was allotted Tamil Nadu Cadre.
While condoling and mourning the untimely demise of Ruolkhumlien Buhril, KIM stated that Buhril was a man who fought the good fight, finished the race and kept the faith.
The Kuki Inpi Manipur also conveyed its heartfelt and deepest condolences to all the members of the bereaved family.
