Imphal, September 08 2013:
The Kuki Students' Organization Sadar Hills strongly opposing the All Tribal Disabled Students' Union sponsored proposed 72 hours hill districts bandh beginning from midnight of September 8 has announced "No ATDSU Bandh in Sadar Hills" today.
The KSO-SH president Thangminlen Kipgen while slamming the Union said that there neither such organization called All Tribal Disabled Students' Union nor do the KSO acknowledge existence of such a student body.
Dismissing the Union as pseudo student body formed by some vested individuals taking advantage of the plight of the innocent disabled persons in the state, Thangminlen urged the general public not to be misled by vested individuals.
While asking all passenger carriers to continue service as usual the KSO-SH president declared that no activities related to the bandh call of the pseudo student body will be tolerated along NH-2 within Sadar Hills.
He also warned individuals who happen to endorse and support the bandh they will be held responsible for any untoward incident that takes place in Sadar Hills.
