Poll parties leave for polling stations

Chandel, March 06 2017:
Polling parties and security personnel assigned for election duties in the interior areas of Chandel and Tengnoupal Assembly Constituencies have started leaving for their respective polling stations for the second phase of 11th Manipur State Legislative Assembly Election, 2017 to be held on March 8 .
Polling teams and security personnel of 24 polling stations of Chandel A/C and 36 polling parties and security teams of Tengnoupal A/C left Chandel district headquarters today.
Polling parties of the remaining 50 polling stations of Chandel and 34 polling stations of Tengnoupal will be dispatched tomorrow.
275 sections of security personnel have been assigned election duty at 144 polling stations of the two ST-reserved Assembly segments.
Polling personnel along with the security team for 47 Karong Constituency � viz, 47/43 � Thiwa; 47/68 � Gallam; 47/69 � Phaikon; 47/70 � Yangnoi; 47/71 � Ihang Karong and for the 49 Tadubi Assembly Constituency � viz, 49/2 � Chakha; 49/3 � Tamphung; 49/15 � Kamjang have also left today for their respective polling stations from Mini Stadium Ground, Senapati.
Polling teams along with security personnel assigned for different polling stations in Ukhrul district for the 2nd phase of 11th Manipur Legislative Assembly Elections, 2017 have started leaving for their respective polling stations from the District Headquarters, Ukhrul.
As of now, 107 polling teams and security personnel have been despatched from district headquarters, Ukhrul.
Another 94 polling teams will be despatched at 7 am tomorrow.
Polling teams along with security personnel assigned for different polling stations in Jiribam will be despatched tomorrow.
