Imphal, May 25:
Poumai Naga Union today conveyed that people of Senapati have not received AAY, BPL and APL rice quota for the last five months.
Expressing suspicion that the said rice is now laying in a private godown at Mantripikhri, the union urged the Government to book the culprits involved in the matter and distribute the rice to the needy people of the district at the earliest.
One killed: One JMM(S) supporter was killed and seven activists of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (Soren) and CPI(M) were injured in a clash at Malthore village in Jharkhand, 16 km from Ranchi.
