SKTV clinch overall title at 14th Journalists' Sports Meet 2025

Imphal, March 19 2025: SKTV emerged as the most successful team at the 14th Journalists' Sports Meet 2025, organised by All Manipur Working Journalists' Union, securing a total of nine medals, including four gold, one silver, and four bronze.

A standout performer for SKTV was S Roshimala Devi, who claimed all four gold medals for her team, excelling in the women's 100m race, long jump, and shot put events.

ISTV Network finished as overall runners-up with a commendable medal tally of three gold, three silver, and one bronze.

The team also secured victory in the cricket tournament, defeating The Sangai Express in the final.

Additionally, ISTV Network's W Kumarjit delivered an impressive performance, winning two gold medals in the men's long jump and 400m race.

The Sangai Express made their mark in the football competition, clinching the gold medal after overcoming ISTV Network in the final.

The team's Kishan Singh added to their success by winning gold in the men's 100m race.

In total, The Sangai Express secured three gold, two silver, and one bronze medal.

Meanwhile, The People's Chronicle earned a silver medal through N Debarani, who finished second in the women's shot put event.
