Jiribam, February 28: ESU, Wangkhei and KRYPSA, Naoremthong will clash for the title of the 4th Soraisham Ronika Memorial Junior Girls Football tournament on March 1 at the ESU ground, Wangkhei.

In keenly contested semi final matches played today, ESU upset MPSC via the sudden death while the Naoremthong eves overcame AMMA, Andro by a solitary goal E Bidyarani scored in the 54th minute.

After N Monteshori spilled a 43rd minute penalty that could have settled the tie MPSC's way, the match went into penalty shoot-out to break the goalless deadlock but remained tied at 4-4.In the subsequent sudden death, Rebika Oinam and Ch Maipakpi succeeded from the spot while K premita kept the police eves' hope alive.

However, the second MPSC attempt by K Rameshori was correctly anticipated by the Wangkhei custodian evoking wild celebration as her team-mates rushed in to embrace the saviour.
