AR organises men's mini marathon at Khengjoi village

Imphal, May 16 2024: Assam Rifles organised a mini marathon for men residing in the Khengjoi Sub Division of Chandel district on 15 May, 2024 .

The 15-kilometre mini marathon for men drew 59 participants.

The route led from Joupi village to Chalyang Tri Junction (the turning point) and then back to Joupi village.

The first three participants to cross the finish line received cash prizes.

The event garnered significant support from about 133 villagers, who cheered on the participants from various villages along the route, said a press release from IGAR (S) .
