AKSDO, THAU storm into final of MNCA Women's 11-19 Trophy

Imphal, May 14 2025: AKSDO and THAU notched up dominant wins in their respective semifinal matches to book spots in the final of the 3rd MNCA Women's U-19 One Day Trophy 2024-25.AKSDO inflicted a crushing 217-run defeat on SHADOW at THAU Ground on their way to the final.

AKSDO posted a commanding 264 for 8 in 35 overs after electing to bat, thanks largely to a blistering 128 off 86 balls from Langlen Ningthoujam.

Daina Moirangthem added 30, while 70 extras boosted the total.

SHADOW were bowled out for just 47 in 17.3 overs.

Daina starred with the ball too, taking 4 for 5, supported by Bijiya Khundrakpam (3 for 17) and Alish Thokchom (2 for 10) .

In the other semifinal clash, THAU defeated FORCE by 6 wickets in a low-scoring contest at SEDOC Ground, Kongba Dhobi Lampak.

THAU's bowlers dismissed FORCE (W), Kshetrigao for 31 in 14.5 overs.

Thoithoibi Ahongshangbam claimed 3 for 2, and Konjengbam Nonibala Devi took 3 for 9 .

Despite a minor wobble, THAU reached the target in 8.3 overs with six wickets in hand.

Leithoi Changammayum top-scored with 8 .
