THAU thrash AKSDO by 131 runs in MNCA Women's One Day Trophy

Imphal, March 19 2025: THAU thumped AKSDO by 131 runs in Wednesday's fixture of the 4th MNCA Senior Womens One Day Trophy 2024-25 at THAU Ground, Thangmeiband.

THAU post a formidable total of 218/7 in 35 overs, which proved too much for AKSDO, who were bowled out for 87 in 33 overs.

THAU's innings was built around solid contributions from Niruta Thoudam (45 off 40 balls), Creety Moirangthem (37 off 31 balls), and Milan Chanu Yambem (32 off 25 balls) .

Rabina Khundrakpam was the standout bowler for AKSDO, taking 3 wickets for 40 runs.

In response, AKSDO struggled to build partnerships, with only Alish Thokchom (16) and Bijiya Khundrakpam (12) reaching double figures.

Niruta Thoudam starred with the ball for THAU, claiming 3 wickets for 17 runs, while Sophiya Chanu Naoroibam (2/4) and Milan Chanu Yambem (1/18) provided excellent support.
