Easy win for Mard Club in Moirang Super Div League

Imphal, May 16 2024: Mard Club (Moirang) fought back from a goal down to outplay PYDA (Kwakta) 5-1 in Thursday's action of the Moirang Super Division Football League 2022-23 at Moirang Multipupose Hr Sec School ground.

Nawa Sarip converted a penalty in the 27th minute to put PYDA ahead, but Mard Club responded after three minutes after H Sailesh scored from the spot.

Mard Club then never looked back as they rained goals on the opposition to run out easy winners.

After Sailesh's equaliser, A Rishikanta found their second goal in the 48th minute, and Serto Laban Kom extended the lead in the 58th minute before Kh Somorjit and Th Sangkar scored to ensure Mard Club strolled to a 5-1 triumph.
