Imphal, February 18:
Telephone lines around Keishampat, Haobam Marak and Moirangkhom are severely affected due to frequent theft and damage of cable lines in these areas.
BSNL has appealed the public to take vigil of persons who are in suspicious gesture and inform immediately on phone numbers 2449928, 2227127 and 2450020 .
The public undertaking company also requested the affected subscribers to bear with them as it is not possible to restore services immediately due to insecurity and unavailability of store items.
