Imphal, March 16:
Laishram Khulem Leikai Development Committee pulled up two persons for lifting a Kinetic Honda Marvel (red) and handed over to the Lamphel Police Station.
The two lifters were identified as Chingangbam Dinachandra Singh (32) s/o Ch Topen Singh of Naoremthong Khulem Leikai and Ngatham Inao Singh s/o Ng Mangi Singh of Khurai Chingangbam Leikai.
