Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), Manipur will organise a seminar on the topic, "Youth and Social Changes in Manipur" at Manipur Press Club on February 17.Manipur University Vice Chancellor Prof C Amuba Singh, Retired Commandant Rs Jassal and president ABVP Manipur Dr P Rajmani Singh, will respectively grace the function as chief guest, guest of honour and president.
Dr L Leiren, Dr MC Arun and H Dwijasekhar Sharma will present paper in the seminar.
