Imphal, February 18:
Taking serious note of the disappearance of Abi Chiru s/o TS Pasoneng Chiru of Uran Chiru village under Lamlai police station since he was allegedly picked up by personnel of the 24 AR from Moreh Gate no 2 on January 27, the Kom Rem Students' Union has appealed to the Assam Rifles authority for safe release of Abi at the earliest.
