Kakching Khunou College distributes lab prepared sanitizers

Imphal, July 31 2020: In view of the ongoing lockdown and sudden increase in COVID positive cases, the Kakching Khunou College, Umathel has prepared 200 bottles of alcohol based 'Hand Rub Solution' in its lab.

The hand rub solution of 200 ml capacity per bottle, were distributed to the frontline COVID-19 workers of Kakching district through DC Kakching, SP Kakching, Public Health Centres (PHCs), police outposts through OC Waikhong, CDPO Sugnu, OC Wangoo Lamkhai, Kakching Khunou police outpost and Medical Officer Kakching Khunou PHC.

The hand sanitizers were prepared based on World Health Organization (WHO) recommended formulations.
