Imphal, February 26: Decrying the delayed in execution of the work along the Chandel-Pallel Road for which a sum of Rs 24 crores had been sanctioned under SPA fund, Naga Students' Union, Chandel (NSUC) has warned of closing down all the Government offices with effect from April 2 in case the work is not completed by then.

In a statement, Union president SK Stephen also said that frequent disruption in the BSNL mobile service is in violation of the rights of the Chandel people and would not be tolerated any more.

Maintaining that administration of Minor Irrigation Office of Chandel from Imphal is disrespect to the people of the district, the student body has also set March 22 as the deadline to the State Government for construction of the Minor Irrigation office at Chandel district headquarters.
