Imphal, February 15:
The United States Educational Foundation in India will confer International Fulbright Science and Technology Award for Outstanding Foreign Students for PhD study at top US institutions in science, technology or engineering.
The award sponsored by the US Department of State and is designed to be the most prestigious international scholarship in science and technology, said a release.
Details of the award can be had from www.fulbright-india.org.
