Imphal, February 28: The Zeliangrong United Clubs' Association Manipur Valley (ZUCAMV) has strongly condemned the twin incidents of firing by some unidentified persons at Chingkham Kabui village, Lilong in the night of February 24 and February 27. Stating that firing incidents have created a panicky situation in the village, the ZUCAMV, in a press release, asked all concerned to stop terrorising the minority community. Chingkham Kabui village is a lone Kabui village in Lilong area thickly dominated by Muslims, it mentioned while asserting that ZUCAVM will not remain a mute spectator to such act terrorising innocent villagers.

It further appealed to all sections of people irrespective of community to maintain peace and harmony.
