Imphal, February 18: A 28-year old youth has been hospitalised at RIMS after being shot at his leg by unidentified gunmen at Haobam Marak Lourembam Leikai Lairembi Maning under Singjamei Police Station at around 7.05 pm today.

The injured youth has been identified as Chingtham Santosh alias Bung (28) s/o Binoy of Haobam Marak Chingtham Leikai.

He was shot at while returning home after attending the marriage ceremony of one of his cousins sister.

He has been hospitalised at RIMS of the bullet injuries on his left calf.
