Rupmahal Theatre celebrates 82nd anniversary

Imphal, December 23 2024: Rupmahal Theatre celebrated its 82nd foundation anniversary along with the inauguration of 23rd Rupmahal Artistes' Memorial Drama Festival, 2024-25 at its hall, here on Monday.

The celebration was attended by retired IAS Kangjam Radhakumar as chief guest, and Rupmahal Theatre secretary Hidangmayum Achouba Sharma as functional president.

As a part of the commemorative programme, the 32nd Meitram Bira Award was presented to Loitongbam Brajamohon and the 33rd Meitram Bira Award to Bramacharimayum Binodini.

The awards included Rs 10,000 cash, citation and stole.
