Imphal, February 18: An educational tour of village elders from Ukhrul district to Kolkata was flagged off by Commander 10 Sector AR yesterday, informed an AR PRO release.

The tour organised by 13 Assam Rifles under Hqs IG AR (S) as a part of MCA programme consists of 20 village elders including 13 women, added the release.
