Imphal, May 16 2024: Under the aegis of District Health Mission Society, Imphal West, NDC Cell of Community Health Centre, Wangoi in collaboration with Mayai Lambi College, Yumnam Huidrom organised a one-day awareness programme on 'Breast and cervical cancer' at the college on Thursday.

During the awareness programme, CHC in-charge Dr N Sushila Devi, gynaecologist Radhesan'a and Dr Nissel Maibam spoke on breast and cervical cancer.

They also stressed the need for early screening and talked in-depth about the treatment available.
