Kangpokpi (Senapati), May 15 2015 : Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) candidate of Keithelmanbi DCC in Kangpokpi AC Letgou Lhouvum today organized a blessing ceremony cum flag hoisting program at his residence at Keithelmanbi in the presence of party leaders and other social workers apart from local Village Authority members.

Tongpao Lhouvum, Chairman Keithelmanbi Village Authority hoisted the flag of LJP while Thangkai Sitlhou, Pastor Keithelmanbi Baptist Church (TBA) administered the blessing ceremony.

INC candidate of 12-Khangjang DCC in Saitu AC Seitinmang Chongloi also held a blessing ceremony cum flag hoisting programme yesterday at his residence at Khengjang village.
