Kwatha Village Authority has strongly condemned the transfer order of Tengnoupal DC A Tombikanta and has demanded the State Government to revoke the order immediately.
A press release issued by the secretary, Kwatha Village Authority, Moreh Block, today conveyed that the transfer order of the DC who stood for the welfare of the people and the State, is really unfortunate and warned that if the State Government fails to revoke the transfer order by September 2, the people will impose an indefinite National Highway bandh along Imphal-Moreh road from the next day (September 3).It also appealed to all the NGOs and CSOs of the State to support the bandh.
