Imphal, March 15: The Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Govt of India will implement a scheme of National Tribal Award in the eleventh plan from the year 2008-09 under the categories of Best Janjatiya Award, National Award for Exemplary Community Service and National Award for best performing Integrated Tribal Development Project (ITDT)/ Integrated Tribal Development Agency (ITDA).

Interested persons or groups may apply on or before July 31 with the details that can be had from the office, informed a notice issued by director of Tribal Research Institute Imphal H Kamkhenthang.
