Imphal, February 15:
The proscribed KYKL has refuted any relation whatsoever between the outfit and Okram Jitender alias Ibungo of Thoubal Ningombam pulled up by troops of 34 AR on Feb.11 from his locality on the charge of being its cadre, clarified its southern administrative officer Litpa.
He further alleged that Jitender was falsely accused by the security forces to continue their atrocity on innocent civilians.
