The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Manipur Pradesh today well come the matter pre-poll alliance initiated by the Manipur People Party (MPP) in the next elections to the state Assembly which would be come up in the early part of 2012 .
MPP leaders speaking at a public function on Sunday mooted of pre-poll alliance with like minded political parties working in the state to root out Congress rule in the state.
BJP while noting down the revelations of the MPP leaders today said that they have appraised the matter to the Central leaders and the matter will be discussed at the higher level of the party, said organisation secretary (media affairs), Laimayum Basanta today.
The matter of communicating with other political parties except Congress and CPI well ahead of the general election has also been started discussion in the party, he added.
BJP is now ruling 10 major states of the country and the effort of toppling the Congress led UPA government at the Centre is on.
To discus on the matter, a meeting of the organisation secretaries of units of the BJP has also been convened on April 18 at New Delhi, he added.
He himself will attend the meeting, Basanta said adding that he will tabled a report of the situation of the state in the meeting.
Among others, the matter of pre-poll alliance in the state assembly, loss of land in the fencing at the international border and situation of the state administration owing the cease work strike of the employees will be focused.
He also informed that MP of BJP from Assam, Bijiya Chakrapati has been assigned to talk on Manipur situation in the Lok Sabha on April 28 .
The meeting of the organisational secretary level meeting will discus on the pre-poll alliance in the next Assembly election in Manipur in 2012.The matter of pre-poll alliance initiated by MPP is likely to resolve in the meeting.
