Imphal, December 23 2024: Under the aegis of Manipur & Nagaland Sector IG Dr Vipul Kumar, 86 Battalion CRPF distributed water storage tanks and sewing machines at Sehjang and Thingkhongjang village, Kangpokpi district on Monday as a part of the civic action programme.

In a release, 86 Bn deputy commandant Kiyam Rajiv Singh informed that the programme attended by villagers and chairman of both Sehjang and Thingkhongjang villages also included a meeting with the youth/villagers.

Speaking as chief guest, 86 Bn commandant Saurabh Kumar Choudhary elaborated that distribution of water storage tanks and sewing machines was aimed at improving quality of life, help the village and create an atmosphere of good will/ positive relationship with residents of the villages.
