Meritorious students of relief camp feted

Kakching, May 16 2024: Three students, who are staying in the relief camp set up at Indoor Stadium Kakching since May 28, 2023 and passed the HSE 2024 conducted by Council of Higher Secondary Education Manipur with first division marks, were felicitated by relief camp managers, Committee for Peace and Social Harmony, Kakching.

The students are Thoidingjam Silky Devi, Khangenbam Daina Devi and Maibam Roshni Devi, all originally from Serou Makha Leikai.

Among others, Silky scored letter marks in Biology (85 per cent) .

Speaking on the occasion, Committee convener Kshetrimayum Chhatradhari commended the trio for performing excellently in the exam in-spite of their preparation hindered by the conflict.

He also appealed to the public and government authorities to encourage such students.
