AR organises friendly volleyball match

Imphal, April 07 2025: Assam Rifles organised a friendly volleyball match at Gamphazol village under Khengjoi sub division in Chandel district.

As per a release by PRO IGAR (S), the match, organised as part of the ongoing efforts to build bridges with the local community and promote goodwill, brought together village youths and AR personnel for a fun-filled afternoon of sports and camaraderie.

The event was a huge success, with both teams displaying excellent teamwork and skills on the court.

The villagers and AR personnel played with great zeal and sportsmanship, strengthening a sense of friendship and community bonding.

The match was followed by a felicitation ceremony, where prizes were distributed to the winning team and participants, it said.
