Police seek public aid in probing incidents

Imphal, May 16 2024: Mayang Imphal Police Station has urged individuals willing to share statements, evidence, or any relevant clues pertaining to a series of seven incidents that have transpired across various locations within its jurisdiction.

According to a statement issued by the officer-in-charge of Mayang Imphal Police Station, interested parties are urged to provide their statements, evidence, or clues no later than May 18 at the Mayang Imphal Police Station, to help in smooth investigation of the cases.

The cases under investigation include - Church of Salam Iboyaima Singh of Laphupat Tera Khunou on May 5, 2023 around 9:15 am (FIR NO 18(5)2023 MIPS); Church of Thokchom Kulla Singh of Mayang Imphal Thana Maning Leikai on May 5, 2023 5:40 pm (FIR NO 19(5)2023 MIPS); Church of Sagolsem Ingobi Singh of Mayang Imphal Thana Maning Leikai on May 5, 2023 around 6:20 pm (FIR NO 20(5)2023 MIPS); Church of Laishram Angou Singh of Mayang Imphal Thana Wangkhei Leikai, Mayang Imphal Anilongbi on May 5, 2023 around 7:20 pm (FIR NO.21(5)2023 MIPS); Uchiwa Meitei Presbyterian Church, Uchiwa Wangma on May 4, 2023 around 8pm (FIR NO 23(5)2023 MIPS); Khordak Baptist Church, Laphupat Tera Khordak on May A, 2023 around 3pm (FIR NO 24(5)2023 MIPS); and Believers Easter Church, Mayang Imphal Anilongbi on May 6 around 8 pm .
